Eligibility
- registered under the laws of the Hong Kong SARnon-profit organisation (including, but not limited to, Chinese medicineprofessional bodies, chambers or societies in the relevant field),local universities and already registeredhigher-education institutionsmay apply
- A project that already has other government funding will not be considered;
- A non-profit organisation does not distribute profits to its directors, shareholders, employees or anyone else
